ABSTRACT

REFLECTIONS ON THE READING ALS TECHNIQUE OF DATA PRODUCTION FOR BIBLIOGRAPHICAL RESEARCH. Not few of the Social Sciencies researches are framed in which known like “bibliographical research”. The methodological reflections, generally, are interested less in the type of research mentioned before than those of an empirical nature.

                This is because in the field of Social Research Methodology operating theoretical, epistemological and ontological unconscious assumptions, which are constitutive of it and that, however, escape to elucidation.

                Our paper considers the each technique is a “theory in action”, thus establishing the conditions under which a technique is part of the process of Social Sciences research. 

                We will start from a reflection on the three types of unconscious assumptions mentioned before, to specify how the read operations are a scientific valid and specific technique of data production for the bibliographical research, and, in turn, is related with other technical and metodological operations.
