ABSTRACT

¿LESS STATE´S REGULATION? ¿BETTER EDUCATION? AN ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVES PRACTICES IN OUTSIDE EDUCATIVES PLACES.

This paper presented in this summary deals with an analysis of the characteristics assumed by the processes of communication and education in the social programs from state and from civil society within the framework of the second generation of reforms of the State (1999 Oszlak ), in contemporary social context.

This article is produced on the basis of an empirical study conducted in Olavarria, during the years 2008-2010 by the Research IFIPRACD. The research project called "Education as a socio-political practice" addresses the construction of meaning of the "new" educational practices that take place outside the formal education system.

The processing and analysis of partial results of the investigation will be the starting point to argue about the possibilities that are, in this new phase of capitalist accumulation, to enable alternative ways to formal education, considering the Latin American tradition.

Keywords:  Education- communication- alternative practices- social process - neoliberalism.
