Abstract:

In this paper we present a brief approximation to a current investigation project which refers to different tech-resource mediated social practices, which involves youngsters in different educational environments and their new ways of developing sociability, and furthermore, the representations and expectations of their teachers, within the official educational system or other non-formal environments, about the use of technology in arts teaching-learning processes. It puts on the spot the profound transformation that characterizes, nowadays, most of the artistic productions and the procedures for producing and promoting them, in contradiction with the main formats and traditional patterns proposed by the system. It is also interesting to rethink the tensions between the common uses of technologies by youngsters and the scholar modes of production and consumption.

These tensions are attended in order to produce a renewed teachers training.
